About the MERG-E Summit
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups are designed to improve the experience of employees that share similar characteristics, experiences or goals. They bring many benefits to organizations, from recruitment to retention to education. They offer a clear pathway for organizations to support to Black employees and a critical resource to inform organizations of what is and is not working for them.
