With 24 years of automotive experience Toni has worked in quality for the last seventeen years. Her background in operations (manufacturing and assembly) has prepared her for her current role at Lear as the Senior Global Quality Systems Manager where she supports all 257 Lear locations with their compliance to ISO 9001/IATF 16949, and Lear’s processes and procedures. She is a certified Quality Systems Manager, Lead Auditor to ISO 9001/IATF 16949, and certified to VDA 6.3.

In addition to working at Lear, she is a published author, and entrepreneur, and currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organization Psychology.

Toni has served on multiple boards and is currently serving on the IAOB Steering Committee, ASQ Content Management Committee, Intertek Impartiality Committee, and AIAG’s Supplier & Product Reliability Assurance Work Group.
